You may request to cancel your order subject to the following conditions based on the stage of work:
If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund, provided no significant work has been completed.
A partial refund will be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed at the time of cancellation.
When more than half the work has been completed, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. The completed portion will be delivered.
Refunds after delivery are only considered if the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
