We are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and how to request a cancellation of your order with Thesis Help Center.

1. Overview

Thesis Help Center strives to deliver high-quality academic assistance that meets your requirements. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed this refund and cancellation policy to be fair and transparent for all parties.

Please note: All refund requests are reviewed individually. The outcome depends on the stage of work completion and the specific circumstances of your order. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible if you have concerns.

2. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order subject to the following conditions based on the stage of work:

Before Work Begins (100% Refund)

If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Within 24 Hours of Order Placement (Full Refund)

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund, provided no significant work has been completed.

Work In Progress – Less Than 50% Complete (Partial Refund)

A partial refund will be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed at the time of cancellation.

Work In Progress – More Than 50% Complete (No Refund)

When more than half the work has been completed, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund. The completed portion will be delivered.

After Delivery (Quality Dispute Only)

Refunds after delivery are only considered if the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The delivered work significantly deviates from the order specifications provided at the time of placement
  • We fail to deliver the work within the agreed deadline without prior notification or mutual agreement to extend
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order due to a technical error
  • The order was cancelled before any work commenced
  • The delivered content is found to be plagiarised, despite assurances of originality

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may require supporting documentation or evidence to process your claim.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Submit your refund request via email to refunds@thesishelpcenter.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review the claim
  • A decision will be communicated within 7 business days of receiving all required information
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Thesis Help Center is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The delivered work meets the specifications agreed upon in the original order
  • The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after delivery
  • The customer has already downloaded, used, or submitted the delivered work
  • Dissatisfaction with the subject matter or topic after the work was completed as specified
  • Cancellation after more than 50% of the work has been completed
  • Requests based on changed personal circumstances unrelated to the quality of service

6. Revisions Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage customers to utilise our revision policy. We offer free revisions where the delivered work does not meet the original specifications:

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Revisions are free of charge if they relate to the original order requirements
  • Additional requests that alter the original scope may incur additional charges
  • Unlimited revisions are not guaranteed but we strive to meet your satisfaction

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team at disputes@thesishelpcenter.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably and in good faith.
